 I read “Lucky Break”.

 In a football game, Tom broke his leg. He was disappointed about it. A week later, Tom was reading a newspaper. The content was that one movie star will come Los Angeles. He thought that he may be able to see the star and take her autograph. So, he went to the movie theater by taxi. However, there were many people at the place. At that time, the movie star was coming and many people moved. Then, he fell down because he was pushed by many people and the movie star’s foot hit his crutch. Her dress became dirty and she was angry with him.

 The incident appeared in Los Angeles newspaper. So, he and his crutch became popular in Los Angeles. The American football held and after that, there was an auction. Football fans gave money for T-shirts and football…. The money was for a children’s hospital. Then, Tom had a good idea. “Who wants this famous crutch?” He decided to sell his crutch. Many people wanted to buy the “famous” crutch. The one’s price was much higher and that became very good thing for children’s hospital. His bad thing became good thing.

 

 I think that was the good story for me. He didn’t sell his crutch for his profit, he sold it for the children. So, after reading this story, I thought that I want to be a good man like him.
